Aino Lappalainen (born 2006) lives in Keuruu, Central Finland. She was accepted to the Youth Piano Academy in 2018, and has attended master classes of numerous well-known artists.
Having learned to read music in 2015, she was awarded in the Jämsä Piano Event in 2017, and in 2018 she received third prize in the Steinway Piano Festival in Helsinki. In 2019 she received a special prize in the international Young Musician competition in Tallinn.
In the fall of 2019 Aino will continue her studies at the Conservatory of Kuopio with Katariina Liimatainen in collaboration with Meri Louhos.
Aino is very popular performer around her native region. She is interested in literature and visual arts. Aino loves deeply the nature and follows the life of wild swans close to her home.
